ladies finger and potato bhaji

It is dry, simple and tasty dish cooked with potato and ladies finger. Very easy to cook and best match with roti, paratha or puri.

Ingredients
Ladies finger                             10
Potato                                      3
Panch phoron                            2 tsp
Dry red chilli                              2
Turmeric powder                        1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Mustard oil                                2 tbsp

Method
First chop potato and ladies finger in small pieces.
Heat oil in wok, add panch phoron and dry chilli.
Then add chopped potato stir for a minute then add salt and turmeric powder then mix well.
preparing bhaji
Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add chopped ladies-finger, mix well and stir fry until soft.

The bhaji is ready.
