ladies finger and potato bhaji |
It
is dry, simple and tasty dish cooked with potato and ladies finger. Very easy to cook and best match
with roti, paratha or puri.
Ingredients
Ladies
finger 10
Potato 3
Panch
phoron 2 tsp
Dry
red chilli 2
Turmeric
powder 1 tsp
Salt
to
taste
Mustard
oil 2 tbsp
Method
First
chop potato and ladies finger in small pieces.
Heat
oil in wok, add panch phoron and dry chilli.
Then
add chopped potato stir for a minute then add salt and turmeric powder then mix
well.

Cover
and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add
chopped ladies-finger, mix well and stir fry until soft.
The
bhaji is ready.
