Tofu Muthia- An
excellent Snack using grated Tofu and binding with gram and rice flour .
it is a fusion recipe from Gujarat.
Ingredients
Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilli 2 tbsp
Baking soda ½
tsp
Sahi cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1
tbsp
Gram flour 3
– 4 tbsp
Rice flour 3
– 4 tbsp
Tofu grated 250gms
Desi ghee 2
tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
For garnish
Chopped chillies and hot oil mixture
Method
Take a mixing bowl, add chopped coriander
leaves, chopped green chillies, baking soda, sahi cumin seeds, sesame seeds.

Add gram flour, rice flour, grated tofu, salt
and mix well.

Then add ghee and mix again.

Now give the shapes of muthia from tofu
mixture and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.

Within this time take chopped chillies in a
small bowl and add hot oil and mix then keep aside.
Remove tofu muthias from oil and keep on
tissue.

Serve tofu muthia with chilli-oil mixture.
