Yoghurt Ice Cream

Our all fevourite ice cream here made with healthy yoghurt, which is very easy to prepare so make it and surprise your family members and friends.

Ingredients
Gelatin                                      1 ½ tsp
Hung curd                                 1 cup
Sugar syrup                              ½ cup
Salt                                          to taste
Milk                                          30 ml
For garnish
Strawberry syrup                       as required
Chocolate triangles                    as required

Method
First in a small bowl mix water and gelatin together.

Then heat gelatin mixture in microwave oven for 10 second for dilute.
Now take a mixing bowl, add hung curd, sugar syrup, salt, milk and mix well.

Then add prepared gelatin and mix well to make ice cream.

Now pour this mixture in a bowl and keep it freezer to set.

Then scoop out the set ice cream in serving glass.

Then garnish with strawberry syrup and chocolate triangles and serve.

Pineapple Strawberry Cooler

It is a cool drink or dessert with frozen pineapple and strawberry syrup.

Ingredients
Pineapple slices                        10 – 15nos
Milk                                          1 – 2 cups
Sugar                                       2 – 3 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream                       3 tbsp
Whipped cream                         2 tbsp
Strawberry syrup                       2 tbsp
For garnish
Strawberry syrup
Pineapple slices
Mint leaves

Method
First chop the pineapple slices.

Take a blender and add the chopped pineapple, milk, sugar and blend well in thick mixture.

Take another bowl, add mix vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and mix well.

Add strawberry syrup and mix well.

Take 3 serving glasses, put strawberry syrup and make a pattern then pour the prepared pineapple mixture.

Then add the prepared ice cream mixture.
Garnish the cooler with pineapple slices and mint leaves.

Mango Falooda

mango falooda
Mango Falooda is a royal dish of North India. The falooda is a pudding that is made in layers with various flavors and textures is absolutely falooda, mostly we drink it in summers. It is very interesting that  noodles is part of the dessert with wipe mango.

Ingredients
Wipe mango                              1
Milk                                          2 cup
Noodle                                      1 cup
Ice                                            1 cup
Falooda seeds (basil seeds)       1 tsp
Rose water                                ½ tsp

Method
Pell the mango and cut into cubes.
Heat milk in a pan, add noodle into milk and boil until done.

Now put ½ of mango pieces into serving glass.
Put boiled noodle on it.
Add remaining mango pieces on noodles.

Add falooda seeds.
Pet ice on top and pour ½ tsp rose water over ice.

Chocolate banana yogurt shake

It is a healthy shake for all for anytime.

Ingredients
Banana                                     2
Yogurt                                      4 tbsp
Chocolate syrup                        2 tbsp
Honey                                       1 tbsp
Orange slice for garnish

Method
Take a mixture, put banana, yogurt, chocolate syrup and honey and grind.

Take a serving glass put the chocolate syrup inside the glass and make a design as your choice.
Then pour the mixture into glass. you can keep the shake in refrigerator for while then serve.

Garnish with orange and a small umbrella and enjoy it.

Fig moose

Ingredients
Fig                                           4-5 nos
Sugar                                       1 cup
Egg yolk                                   3 nos
Egg white                                 1 no
Water                                       as required
Cocoa powder                           1 tsp
Mascarpone cheese                  1-2 tsp
Melted chocolate                       1-2 tbsp
Whipped cream                         1-2 tbsp
Melted gelatin                            2-3
For garnish
Fig                                          
Cherries
Vanilla cream
Vanilla extract

Method
First in a pan put chopped figs and sugar then cook.

Then in a blender add egg yolk, sugar, water, cocoa powder and prepared fig mixture and grind.
Now in a double boller add mascarpone cheese, melted chocolate, egg white and whisk for 5-7 minutes.
Then in another bowl add the ground mixture, whipped cream and galatin and keep for 5 minutes.
Now in a mould put chopped figs and pour dark syrup

Then pour moose mixture and keep it to freeze for 3-4 hours.

Garnish the prepared moose with chopped figs, cherries, vanilla cream and vanilla extract.

Your fig moose are ready.

Banoffee Sunday

It is a ice-cream on banana bed with all fruits. Try it.

Ingredients
Banana slices lengthwise           2 nos
Biscuit crushed                         2 nos
Ice-cream                                  4 spoon in 2 flavours
Walnut                                      6-8
Strawberry                                5-6
Mulberries                                 6-8

Method
On a nice serving plate place banana slices. Add sugar powder then burn it by torch burner.

Add crushed biscuits on it.

Add scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate ice cream on it.

Add few walnut, strawberries and mulberries.

Sprinkle grated chocolate.

Garnish with basil leaves.

Carrot and coconut lapsi

Carrot and coconut lapsi
Here the lapsi is serving with carrots, which is full of vitamin.

Ingredients
Ghee                                        2-3 tbsp
Broken wheat (dalia)                  ½ cup
Grated carrot                             ½ cup
Grated coconut                         ¼ cup
Coconut milk                             1 cup
Sugar                                       3 tbsp
For garnish
Sliced carrot                             1 no
Sliced coconut                          ½ cup
Cardamom powder                    ½ tsp
Coconut milk                            1 tbsp
Pistachio slivers & almond         as required
Mint leaves                               1 spring

Method
For lapsi
First take a pan and add ghee and heat it.
Then add the broken wheat and pan roast till it turns golden brown
Add grated coconut and keep pan roasting.
Then add some water, coconut milk, grated carrot and sugar.

Now cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
To garnish
Peel a carrot into long and thin slices, cut the coconut into small thin slices.

Put them in a bowl and add cardamom powder, coconut milk and mint leaves and mix well.
Now on serving plate, take a ring mould and fill it with lapsi mix.

Top the round lapsi with the garnish mix, mint spring and sprinkle with pistachio slivers and almonds.

Ice-cream cone

Our favourite ice-cream cone is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients
Refined flour (maida)                  2 ½ cups
Salt                                          1 gm (a pinch)
Sugar                                       ½ cup+2 tbsp
Oil                                            3 tbsp
Vanilla essence                         ½ tsp

Method
First take a bowl, mix refined flour, salt, sugar, oil and vanilla essence and half a litter of water and whisk well in order to avoid lumps. Rest the batter for about 2 hours.

Now heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and pour a ladle full of batter.

Cook pressing with a piece of cotton cloth.

Flip and cook the other side too and pressing with the cloth till the second side is evenly golden brown.

Now transfer it onto a tissue paper and immediately roll it around a conical mould and hold it firmly, pressing lightly.

Similarly make other cones.

Tiramisu icecream

This is a yummy  and easy to prepare dessert with cake and ice-cream.

Ingredients
Chocolate sponge cake (slices)             18-20
Instant coffee powder                            3 tbsp
Vanilla ice-cream                                  500 ml
Mascarpone cheese                             1 cup
Cocoa powder                                      1 tbsp  

Method
First warm some water and add two tablespoons of instant coffee powder and stir to dissolve.
Now arrange the cake slices on a plate and spoon the coffee decoction over them to soak them well.
Take a spring-form cake tin, then arrange these soaked cake slices along the side and the base of the tin.
Now take vanilla ice-cream in a bowl and add mascarpone cheese and mix well. Then pour half this mixture over the cake slices in the cake tin.
Now arrange the remaining cake slices over the ice-cream mixture to cover the entire surface.
In a bowl mix the remaining instant coffee powder into the remaining ice-cream mixture well and pour it over the cake slices.

Now take cocoa powder in a sieve and sprinkle over the ice-cream mixture.

Then place the cake tin in the freezer till fully set.

Now cut into wedges and serve immediately.

Method

Dilute fruit squash with a little water.

Pour into the moulds and place it in the freezer to set.

When three-forth set, insert toothpicks in the centre of each mould and place in the freezer till fully set.
Demould and serve.
