Our
favourite ice-cream cone is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients
Refined
flour (maida) 2 ½ cups
Salt 1
gm (a pinch)
Sugar ½
cup+2 tbsp
Oil 3
tbsp
Vanilla
essence ½ tsp
Method
First
take a bowl, mix refined flour, salt, sugar, oil and vanilla essence and half a
litter of water and whisk well in order to avoid lumps. Rest the batter for
about 2 hours.

Now
heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and pour a ladle full of batter.

Cook
pressing with a piece of cotton cloth.

Flip and cook the other side too and
pressing with the cloth till the second side is evenly golden brown.

Now
transfer it onto a tissue paper and immediately roll it around a conical mould
and hold it firmly, pressing lightly.
Similarly
make other cones.
