Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs (US) or devilled eggs (UK) or eggs mimosa are hard-boiled eggs, shelled, cut in half, and filled with the hard-boiled egg's yolk mixed with other ingredients like mayonnaise and olives. deviled eggs are a classic side dish, enjoyed by all as a party food.
                              
Ingredients
Boiled eggs                              4 nos.
Mustard sauce                         1 tsp
Mayonnaise                             4 tsp
Chopped black olives                few
Chopped green olives                few
Oil                                           2 tbsp
Chopped coriander                    2 tsp
Red chilli powder                      1 tsp
Boiled chickpeas                      ½ cup

Method
First cut the boiled eggs into halves then separate the yolks from the whites.

Now take a mixing bowl, add egg yolk and oil.

Add mustard sauce, mayonnaise, red chilli powder, coriander leaves.
Then add green and black olives and mix it well add some more mayonnaise and mix it well.

Then put this mixture in a piping bag.
Now on a serving plate place the egg whites.

Then pipe out the egg yolk mixture in egg white.

Garnish deviled eggs with boiled chickpeas and drizzle red chilli powder.

Berry Bread Pudding

berry bread pudding 
It is a delicious baked pudding with bread and fruit and garnish with seasonal fruits.

Ingredients
Bread slice                                5
Strawberries                              8 - 10
For sauce
Milk                                          2 cups
Cream cheese                           ¼ cup
Honey                                       2 tbsp
Chopped berries                       ¼ cup
Eggs                                        4 no.
For garnish
Orange                                     1 no.
Strawberries                              5 – 6 nos.
Powdered sugar                        2 tbsp
Mint leaves                               8 – 10 nos.

Method
First cut the edges of the bread slices then chop them into dices.

Chop the strawberries.

To prepare sauce
Take a mixing bowl, add milk, cream cheese, honey, chopped berries and mix well.
Add eggs and beat the mixture.

Now in a baking dish place the bread slices and strawberry pieces.
Then pour the sauce over them.

Bake it in the oven at 170 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
Once bake take out the dish from oven.

On a pan add orange wedges, strawberries, powdered sugar and lightly toss them.

Now top up the baked pudding with the orange and strawberries.

Egg with cheese and spinach in microwave

It is a very healthy breakfast with spinach, mushroom and egg and without oil.

Ingredients
Spinach leaves                          10 – 15 nos.
Boiled pasta                              1 cup
Chopped mushrooms                 1 cup
Cherry tomatoes                        4 – 5 nos.
Processed cheese                     2 tbsp
Chopped spring onion                1 tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
Crushed black pepper                to taste
Eggs                                        4 nos.
For garnish
Cherry tomatoes                        4 – 5 nos.
Spring onion                              as required

Method
Roughly chop the spinach and chop the boiled pasta too.

Then in a mixing bowl mix the chopped spinach and pasta.
Now add chopped mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, processed cheese, chopped spring onion, crushed black pepper, salt and mix well.

Put the mixture in a bake dish and place some spinach leaves on this.

Now crack eggs on this, add salt and crushed black pepper.

Then put this bake dish in microwave for 4 – 5 minutes.
Once cook take out from microwave, add cherry tomatoes and place on the bake dish and garnish with chopped spring onion.

Vegetable Egg devil

vegetable egg devil 
It is a very tasty and healthy snacks for people who can enjoy this vegetable devil in egg structure. Yolk with green peas mixture and white portion with potato mixture. very easy to prepare so try it.

Ingredients
For yolk portion
Green peas blanched                 ½ cup
Chopped spinach                      1 tbsp
Chopped coriander                    1 tsp
Grated cheese                          1 tbsp
Chopped green chilli                  ½ tsp
Salt                                          to taste
For white portion
Boiled potato                            1 big
Chopped spinach                      1 tsp
Grated cheese                          1 tbsp
White pepper powder                 to taste
Salt                                          to taste
For batter
Refined flour                              ½ cup
Salt                                          to taste
Bread crumbs                            for coat
Oil                                            for fry

Method
To prepare yolk portion
Take a mixing bowl, add blanched green peas and roughly mash it.
Now add chopped coriander, chopped spinach, chopped chilli, salt.

Add grated cheese for binding then mix well.

Then make round shape like yolk from this mixture.

To make egg white portion
Take a mixing bowl, add boiled potato and mash it well.
Then add chopped spinach, salt and white pepper powder and mix well.

Now add grated cheese for binding and mix well.

To prepare egg
Take some portion of potato mixture and make it flat, put the prepared peas at center and cover it by potato mixture and give a shape of egg.

In a bowl mix refined flour, water, salt.
Then dip the eggs in batter then coat with bread crumbs.

Frittata

It is a very healthy and easy to prepare dish with eggs and vegetables with potato..

Ingredients
Egg                                         6
White pepper powder                 2 tsp
Cheese                                    2 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Chopped onion                          2 tsp
Bell peppers three colours          2 tsp
Chopped spring onion                2 – 3 tsp
Finely sliced potato                   2
Chopped parsley                       1 tsp
Milk                                          2 tbsp
Olive oil                                     2 tsp

Method
Take a mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, white pepper powder and salt then mix well.

Now heat oil in a pan, add onion and sauté then add all bell peppers and sauté.

Add sliced potato and toss well.

Add salt, pepper powder and mix well.

Green Peas & Potato Pancake

green peas and potato pancake
It is an ideal for breakfast or snack, very easy to prepare this tasty pancake.

Ingredients
For pancake
Refined flour                             150 gm
Boiled potatoes                         1 cup
Eggs                                        2 nos
Baking soda                             ½ tsp
Milk                                         1 cup
Salt                                          to taste
Black pepper                            to taste
Boiled green peas                     ½ cup
Chopped spring onions              3 tbsp
Water                                       as required
For sauce
Tomatoes                                 250 gm
Roasted crushed cumin seeds   1 tsp
Chopped mint                           1 tsp
Chopped coriander                    1 tsp
Chopped ginger                         1 tsp
Lemon juice                              1 tsp
Chopped onion                          ½ cup
Olive oil                                     1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Black pepper                             to taste

Method
To make batter
Take a blender, put boiled potato, green peas, spring onions, milk and egg then blend all.

Now remove this mixture in a mixing bowl, add refined flour, baking soda, salt and mix well.

Then add some water and mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
To make the salsa
Take a grinder, put chopped tomato, some water, oil and grind it.

Remove this mixture in a bowl, add roasted crushed cumin, chopped mint, chopped coriander, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mix well.

To make pancake
Heat pan, put batter on it and cook on low flame.
