Raita Bar

3 types of raita is a simple preparation of beaten curds with Indian spices and top with pineapple, boondi and banana. best match with biryani.

Ingredients
Curd                                         1 cup
Coriander powder                       1 tsp
Cumin powder                            1 tsp
Black salt                                  1 tsp
Red chilli powder                        1 tsp
Sugar                                        1 tsp
For topping
Chopped pineapple                  
Boondi
Banana
Red chilli powder
Cumin powder
Almond flakes

Method
Take a mixing bowl, add curd, sugar, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt and mix well.
prepare raita 
Take a serving plate with has tree parts.
put raita in 3 parts
In the first part put the curd mixture, add pineapple pieces and drizzle cumin powder.

In the second part put the curd mixture, add boondi and drizzle red chilli powder.

In the third part put curd mixture, add chopped banana and garnish with almond flakes.

The raita bar is ready to serve.

Narial aur dhania ki chutney

narial aur dhania ki chutney
It is very popular chutney with coconut and coriander leaves.

Ingredients
Coconut grated                         1 small bowl
Garlic cloves                             6-7
Lemon juice                              2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped          1 small bowl
Sugar                                       1 tsp
Green chilli chopped                  5
Curd                                         ad required
Salt                                          to taste

Method
In a mixer put grated coconut, garlic, chopped coriander, green chillies, sugar and salt then grind it in rough or smooth paste as your liking.
put all ingredients into mixer
Now take the mixture in a bowl.
remove chutney on a plate
Add curd and mix well.
add curd into chutney
Garnish with green chillies and serve with any snacks.

Amla ka achar

amla ka achar
Amla achar is very tasty and easy to make. Taste it after lunch.

Ingredients
Boiled amla                               500 gm
Cumin seed                               1 tsp
Ajwan                                       ½ tsp
Asafoetida                                 pinch               
Amchur powder                         1 tsp
Jaggery                                     2 tsp
Mustard oil                                2 tsp
ingredients for amla ka achar 
Method
First heat oil in pan then add cumin seed, ajwan seed, asafoetida the n stir.
Add amchur powder and jaggery then stir. Put little water if require.

Now add amla then stir. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
