of raita is a simple preparation of beaten curds with Indian spices and
top with pineapple, boondi and banana. best match with biryani.
Ingredients
Curd 1 cup
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1
tsp
Black salt 1
tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
For topping
Chopped pineapple
Boondi
Banana
Red chilli powder
Cumin powder
Almond flakes
Method
Take a mixing bowl, add curd, sugar, coriander
powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt and mix well.

Take a serving plate with has tree parts.

In the first part put the curd mixture, add
pineapple pieces and drizzle cumin powder.
