prepare, so try it.
Ingredients
For
frittata
Sliced
potatoes ½ cup
Sliced
onions ½ cup
Salt
to
taste
Black
pepper to taste
Olive
oil 4 – 5 tsp
Eggs 6

Grated
cheese 3 tsp
Red
& yellow bell pepper ½ cup
For
green chutney
Spring
onion stalk ½ cup
Chopped
coriander ½ cup
Chopped
onion ¼ cup
Cumin
powder 1 tsp
Chopped
ginger 1 tsp
Lemon
juice ½ tsp
Salt
to
taste
Black
pepper to taste
Oil 2

Method
For
frittata
First
heat olive oil in a pan
Add
sliced onion and stir.

Add
soaked sliced potatoes, salt, black pepper and little water to it and mix well.

Now
add sliced red & yellow bell pepper and cook it until golden brown.

Within
this time take eggs in a bowl, add salt, black pepper and beat them well.

add grated cheese and mix well.

Now pour and spread the whole egg mixture into pan (don’t mix it).

Take
a grinder, add spring onions, coriander, ginger, onion, cumin powder, lemon
juice, salt, black pepper, water, oil and grind well.
