Oopcurry

oopcurry 
Very healthy cabbage recipe without any spices and can be ready within 10 minutes.

Ingredients
Chopped cabbage                     2 big bowl
Mustard seeds                          ½ tsp
Cumin seeds                             ½ tsp
Fennel seeds                            ½ tsp
Chopped green chillies               ½ tsp
Curry leaves                              7 – 8
Salt                                          to taste
Oil                                            2 tsp
Turmeric powder                        ½ tsp
Coconut grated                          for garnish

Method
Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, fennel seeds, curry leaves and stir.
add whole ingredients 
Now add chopped cabbage, salt and turmeric powder then cover and cook until it gets soft.

Open cover and add some chopped coriander and mix well.

Remove the curry in serving bowl.

Now garnish with grated coconut.

The oopcurry is ready to serve.
