The
healthy and tasty cutlet with semolina and tofu served with cooked baby corn in
orange juice and mixed bell peppers.
Method
Milk 1
½ cup
Semolina 4
tbsp
Paneer grated 1
small bowl
Coriander
chopped 1 ½ tbsp
Green
chillies 1 tsp
Black
pepper powder 2 tsp
Oil 1
tsp
Refined
flour ½ small
bowl
Bread
crumbs 1 bowl
Red
bell pepper chopped 2 tbsp
Green
bell pepper chopped 2 tbsp
Boiled
Corns 2 tbsp
Baby corn sliced 4 - 5
Mint
leaves 8 –
10
Orange
juice 1 cup
Lemon 1
Method
For
cutlet mixture
Heat
milk in a pan, add semolina and stir well.

Now
add grated paneer, chopped coriander, green chillies, salt and mix well.

Remove
this mixture on a greased plate. Then put the plate in fridge.

For
mixed bell pepper
Heat
oil in a pan, add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, boiled corn and stir.

Now
add salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well. Then remove to serving
plate.

For
baby corn
Heat
oil in pan, add chopped baby corn, salt, black pepper and mix well.

Add
orange juice and let it reduce.

At the end add some mint leaves and mix well. Then remove to serving plate.
For
the cutlet
Take
out the plate from fridge and cut it in square shape.
Make
a batter with refined flour and water.

Now
deep the cutlet in batter then coat with bread crumbs and then deep fry until
golden brown.
