Dhania chicken

Chicken cooked in a flavoursome yogurt and coriander leaves.

Ingredients
Yogurt                                      4 tbsp
Garam masala                          1 tsp
Cumin powder                           1 tsp
Green chilli chopped                  ½ tsp
Pepper powder                          ½ tsp
Lemon juice                              1 tsp
Sugar                                       ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste                    1 tbsp
Coriander leaves                        2 bowls
Oil                                            2-3 tbsp
Chicken pieces                          2 big
Onion chopped                          2 tsp
Salt                                          to taste

Method
First slit on chicken pieces.

Take a bowl, put yogurt and add garam masala powder, sugar, ginger-garlic paste, green clilli, cumin powder and pepper powder and mix well.
add all masalas into yogurt
Now add salt, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves then mix well. Then add some oil and mix well.

Put chicken on a plate, add mixture and marinate the chicken for 5 minutes.

Now heat oil on pan put the marinated chicken, cover-cook for 2-3 minutes.

Open cover turn over chicken add remaining marinate mixture and again cover cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now open cover, add more coriander leaves and cook for 2 minutes.

Dhania chicken is ready to serve.

Garnish with fried red chillies and vegetables.
