Children will enjoy the bananas.

Ingredients

Elaichi banana                           4 to 5

Butter                                       ¼ cup

Brown sugar                              as per taste

Orange juice                              ½ cup

For garnish

Strawberry syrup                       as required

Tutti frutti                                  as required

Chocolate chips                        few

Cinnamon powder                     a pinch

Ice cream                                 to serve

Method

first peel off elaichi bananas.

Now add butter on a pan and let it melt.

Then sauté the bananas in butter until light golden brown

Now add brown sugar and orange juice.

Let the orange juice reduce.

Take the serving plate and make a bed of strawberry syrup on it.

Now remove the caramelized bananas and place them on syrup bed.

Then garnish with tutti frutti and chocolate chips and sprinkle cinnamon powder over it.
