Stuffed bread cutlet

stuffed bread cutlet
It is a yummy snakes with bread, stuffed by vegetables.

Ingredients
Bread slices                              4
Potato boiled                             2
Milk                                          1 cup
Green peas                               1 tbsp
Coriander leaves                        1 tbsp
Ginger finely chopped                 ½ tsp
Corn flakes                               1 tbsp
Green chilli finely chopped         ¼ tsp
Salt                                          to taste
For garnish
Dry mango (amchur) powder
Coriander leaves

Method
For stuffing
Take a bowl put boiled potato and smashed well then add ginger, green peas, chillies, coriander leaves, and salt then mix well.

Then add broken corn flakes and mix.

Now dip one bread slice in milk and remove on a plate.

Place the potato mixture in roll shape on soaked bread and roll the bread and cover the mixture.
Now deep fry and keep on tissue paper. Cut the bread roll in pieces,

Now place them on serving plate then garnish with amchur powder, coriander leaves and sauce.
