Aloo potoler bhaji/Dry Gherkins curry

dry gherkins
Very tasty dish and best match with paratha or poori. Very easy to cook with few ingredients. Try it.

Ingredients
Gherkins (Potol)                        7-8
Potato                                      1 big
Tomato                                     2 small
Panch foron                              1 ½ tsp
Green chilli                                2-3
Turmeric powder                        1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Oil                                            1 tbsp

Method
First cut gherkins in 4 pieces each lengthwise, cut potato in same size of gherkins pieces.
Heat oil in pan, add pach foron, when start to crackle add tomatos. Stir till soft.

Now add gherkins, stir a bit then add potato. Stir cook for 2 minutes.
add vegetables
Add salt and turmeric powder then mix well. Cover for 4 to 5 minutes.

Open cover if require add 2 tbsp water and chilli and again cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until cook.
The bhaji is ready to serve.
