Banana toffees

banana toffees
Your child’s fevourite toffee, with healthy banana, caramelize sugar and sesame.

Ingredients
Banana                                     2 nos
Sugar                                       ½ cup
For batter
Refined flower                           1 cup
Cornstarch                                ½ cup
Baking powder                          a pinch
Ice water                                   a bowl
For garnish
Sesame seeds 

Method
First peel the bananas and chop them in large slices.

Now heat oil on a pan.
To prepare batter-
Take a bowl, add refined flour, cornstarch and baking powder.

Then slowly add water and make a thick batter out of it.
Now coat the banana slices in the thick batter and deep fry the coated banana slices until golden brown.

Then remove on a plate with tissue paper.

Now keep ice water in a bowl.
Take another non-stick pan, add sugar and let it caramelize and remove from flame.

By a fork coat the fried banana slices in the caramelized sugar.
Drop the coated banana pieces into the cold water and remove on a plate.

after coat by caramelize sugar put into ice-water 
Now drizzle some sesame seeds over them and serve.
