Shim shorshe/leaver bean with mustard

shorshe shim
It is a very tasty dish with leaver bean in mustard paste and very easy to cook.

Ingredients
Leaver bean                              250g
Black cumin/kalonji                   1 teaspoon
Mustard paste                           1 tablespoon
Green chilli sliced                      2-3
Turmeric powder                        ½ teaspoon
Salt                                          to taste
Mustard oil                               1 tablespoon

Method
Heat oil in pan, add black cumin and sliced chilli then sauté. Now add leaver bean then stir, add salt and cover for 3-4 minutes or until soft.

Now add mustard paste and stir. Add little water and sliced chilli. Then cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Ready to serve with hot rice.
