Shakar para

Shakar para
Shakar para is a sweet snacks and popular all over india.

Ingredients
Refined flour                             ½ cup
Wheat flour                               ½ cup
Ghee                                        ¼ cup
Milk                                          1 cup
Sugar powder                            ½ cup
Oil                                             to fry

Method
First in a bowl put refined flour and wheat flour then mix. Heat up milk in pan then add powder sugar stir and add ghee. Let it boil then switch off.
Heat oil in pan.

Now slowly add milk in flour and put 1 tablespoon hot oil until become a soft dough.
Take a portion from dough and make a big flat round.

Now cut in your required shape by cutter. Keep on a plate.
Put all in oil and deep fry until light brown.

Take out from oil and keep on tissue paper then let it cool. Can be stored in air-tight container.
