Methi ki puriya

methi ki puri
Methi ki puri is healthy and tasty and easy to cook within 10 minutes.

Ingredients
Refined flour                               ½ cup
Gram flour                                  ¼ cup
Wheat flour                                ¼ cup
Fenugreek leaves                        ¼ cup
Dry fenugreek leaves                  2 tablespoon
Cumin seed                               1 tablespoon
Salt                                          1 pinch

Method
First take a big bowl and put refined flour, gram flour, wheat flour, finely chopped fenugreek or methi leaves and salt. Heat a dry pan and put dry fenugreek leaves or kasuri methi and cumin seed, stir for 2 minutes in low flame. Then add in bowl and mix with a spoon.
Heat oil in pan.
Now make soft dough with water. Take small parts from dough and make flat round shapes.
Then deep fry them in hot oil. Take out and keep on tissue paper. Then serve hot with dahi.
