Saunf aloo

saunf aloo
It is a tasty dish with boiled potato and saunf. Very easy to cook in 5 minutes for 4. Best match with roti or paratha.

Ingredients
Boiled small potato                   8-10 nos.
Asafoetida powder                     ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder                        ½ teaspoon
Crushed saunf                          2 teaspoon
Coriander powder                      1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves chopped          1 teaspoon
Green chilli chopped                  1 taspoon
Sugar                                       ½ teaspoon
Yogurt                                      1 tablespoon
Salt                                          to taste
Oil                                            1 tablespoon

Method
First heat oil in non-stick pan. Add asafoetida (hing) and turmeric powder.
Cut boiled potatos (with skin) in half and add in pan and stir for a minute in medium heat.
Add in it coriander powder and crushed saunf and toss.

Add yogurt then stir then add chopped coriander leaves, chopped chilli, salt and sugar, stir for 2-3 minutes. The saunf aloo is ready to serve.
