Row papaya salad

row papaya salad
It is a very popular and healthy salad with row papaya and peanut. 
Ingredients
Green Papaya                           1 small
Peanut                                      2 tablespoon
Mustard seed                            ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice                              2 teaspoon
Chilli chopped                           1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves chopped          2 teaspoon
Salt                                          to taste
Asafoetida powder                    ½ teaspoon
Sesame oil or olive oil               1 tablespoon

Method
First using julienne peeler, peel enough papaya to measure 3 cups, place in large bowl. 
Now heat a dry non-stick pan then add black mustard seed then row peanut and roast for 1-2 minutes in low flame.
In the mean time in a bowl put chopped chilli, chopped coriander leaves, asafoetida powder, salt, ½ lemon juice and sesame oil or ½ teaspoon olive oil, smash by spoon and mix well.
Add salt in peanut and roast for 2 minutes more. Then switch off heat.
Mix the chilli-coriander mixture to papaya and mix well.
Put the peanut in a grinder, add lemon juice and just break the peanut (not paste).
Add it to papaya mixture, mix well.
The salad is ready. Put the salad on plate in round shape, sprinkle oil over salad, garnish peanut mixture in a line at side.
