Roasted chickpeas and olive salad

chickpeas and olive salad
It is a tasty and healthy salad with kabli chola and olives.
Ingredients
Boiled kabli chola                      4tablespoon
Green olive                               4
Black olive                                4
Coriander leaves chopped          1 tablespoon
Alapino sliced                           ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice                             1teaspoon
Salt                                          to taste
Olive oil                                   1 teaspoon
Banana leave                            for serve                      

Method
Heat dry non-stick pan and add boiled chana dal roast for 1 minute then add salt,cook for 2-3 minutes in low flame, then add paprika or chilli powder, the smoke will come, toss and mix it, Now drizzle some water over it. Toss and cook for a minute.
Now chop green & black olive then mix in a bowl, add coriander leaves, salt, alapino sliced then mix.
For dressing mix lemon juice, olive oil in a bowl until thicker, add salt.
Mix cooked cahana with olive mixture properly.
Now keep banana leave on serving bowl, put chana, drizzle olive oil mixture over chana, put olive on top.
