Chilli fish |
It is a very tasty and easy to cook recipe. So try and enjoy with fried rice or noodle.
Ingredients
Fish pieces (Boneless)
250 g
Maida 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Celery (finely chopped) 2 Tbsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Spring onions to garnish
For the sauce
Ginger chopped 1 Tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 Tbsp
Green chilli chopped 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 4 Tbsp
Tomato sauce 5 Tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 Tbsp
Corn flour 1 Tbsp
Maida 1/2 cup

Tomato sauce 5 Tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 Tbsp
Corn flour 1 Tbsp

Method
First cut the fish into finger pieces.
Then make a batter with corn flour, maida, baking powder, soy sauce, celery,
pepper powder, water and salt.
For
the sauce
Now dip the fish pieces in the batter and fry in oil till golden brown.
Transfer fried fish into a serving plate.
First heat up oil in a pan.
Add garlic, ginger and green chilli and sauté. Then add soy sauce, chilli and
tomato sauce to it.
Finally add corn flour mixed with water to it and stir nicely. Once it starts
to boil, switch off fire.
At the time of serving, pour the yummy sauce on top of fried fish pieces and
mix well.
Serve hot Garnish with chopped spring onions.
