Marinated Chicken
on the bone, rolled in breadcrumbs, dipped in egg and deep fried. Cooking time
is 15-20 minutes and serving for 4.
Ingredients
Chicken cut
into 8 pieces

500 grams

Red chilli
powder

1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric
powder
|
3/4 teaspoon

Ginger-garlic
paste
|
1 1/2
tablespoons

Lemon juice
|
2 tablespoons

Fresh
coriander leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons
|
Oil
|
to deep fry
|
Bread crumbs
|
1 cup

Eggs

to taste

Method
First place chicken in bowl then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic
paste, lemon juice, salt, coriander leaves and mix well and set aside for 10-15
minutes. Now heat sufficient oil in non stick pan.
Place breadcrumbs in bowl then break eggs in another bowl and whisk well. Now
roll each piece of chicken in breadcrumbs then dip in whisked eggs and deep fry
till golden. Then drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
