Ingredients
Turmeric powder 60gm
Whole coriander
seeds 60gm
Whole cumin seeds 60gm
Red dry chillies 10gm
Whole saunf 15gm
Fenugreek seeds 15gm
Mustard seeds yellow 10gm
Dried ginger 30gm
Method
Put all ingredients in grinder and make a smooth powder.
Keep this powder in glass jar or take 200gm oil then mix with the powder
thoroughly and keep in a glass jar. This curry powder can use for 2 months and
can use in many kinds of cooking.
