Soybean Milk

Hi friends, It can possible to make many kinds of nutritious food from soybean. If we know the process to make milk from soybean and curdle from that milk then we can make verity of tasty foods from that curdle.

Ingredients
Soybean                               1 kg (Good Quality)
Water:                                  4 liters

Method
First soak the soybean in pure water for 12 to 14 hours. Then rub it nicely so that the upper layer of the soybean can wash out. Now put these washed soybeans into grinder and make a smooth paste of it. Take out the paste and put in a bowl and mix 4 to 5 ltr of pure water into it and mix it nicely by spoon. Now strain this by a clean cotton cloth into another bowl. So now the healthy milk is ready. The remaining on the cloth is very useful to make tasty snacks (Pakora) so don’t ignore that. Ok come to the milk, hit up milk in low flame for 15 min, it will puff up. U can make curd from this milk and also can make good quality of curdle. This curdle is known as Paneer(tofu).

Ingredients
Onion chopped                       2 pieces
Green chilli chopped               2 pieces
Gram powder (besan)             1 tablespoon
Salt                                       to taste
Sugar                                    1/4th teaspoon
Small Prawn (optional)            10gm
Oil                                         to fry    
Method

Smash and mix all the ingredients with the remaining on the cloth and deep fry in small sizes, the hot & tasty Pakora is ready to serve.
