Prawn stock

Flavorful prawn head extract or prawn stock that acts as a base for many soups and sauces.

Ingredients
Prawn                                  8-10 Heads of big prawns
Onion                                  1 medium piece
Carrot                                  1 medium piece
Parsley                                1 bunch
Bay leaves                           6 pieces

Method
First of all take out the fat from prawn heads then wash heads properly. After that hit up 4 cup of water in a pan then put all ingredients into water and boil for 20 to 25 minutes in medium flame. Then off the flame smash all boiled ingredients and stain it nicely. Now the prawn stock is ready and it can use in any cooking to enhance the test.
