Method
First of all take out the fat from prawn heads then wash
heads properly. After that hit up 4 cup of water in a pan then put all
ingredients into water and boil for 20 to 25 minutes in medium flame. Then off
the flame smash all boiled ingredients and stain it nicely. Now the prawn stock
is ready and it can use in any cooking to enhance the test.
