Tomato puree

tomato puree
It is very essential ingredients for all kind of cooking and very easy to prepare. 

Ingredients
Red tomato                           1 kg
Carrot                                   2 medium sizes puree
Onion                                   1 big size
Garlic                                   6 cloves
Ginger                                  1 inch        
Salt                                      1 tablespoon
Sugar                                   1 tablespoon
Chilli powder                         1 teaspoon
Black pepper                        1 teaspoon
Bay leaf                                4
Oil                                       1 tablespoon

Method
First boil the tomato and carrot. Take out the tomato skin and put them into grinder and make a smooth pest. Now put oil in pan in medium flame then put small pieces of onion and fry it, should not change color, then add bay leaf and smashed garlic ginger into onion. Then mix the pest into spices and add salt, sugar, chilli, black pepper and mix all nicely for while. Now put off the flame and make it cold. So it ready to use in  pizza, sandwich and other cooking u want.
