Mutton stock

motton stock
Flavorful mutton bone extract or mutton stock that acts as a base for many soups and sauces.

Ingredients
Mutton                                    2 Thick bone and 500gm normal bone
Onion                                      2 medium sizes
Carrot                                     2 medium
Celery                                    1 stalk cut into a inch  
Parsley                                   2 to 3
Ginger                                    1/2inch
Water                                     3 liters

Method
Boil mutton in 2cup of water for 2 minutes then throw the water. Now hit up sufficient water in pressure cooker then add mutton, small pieces of onion and ginger, carrot cut into 4 pieces, celery, parsley and cook for half an hour. Now stain the water and the mutton stock is ready. In any kind of soup we can use this stock for enhance the taste.
