Ingredients
Finely chopped garlic ½ tsp
Chilli flakes ½

Crushed black peppercorns 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion 1 – 2 tbsp
Chopped tomato 1 cup
Chopped green tomato 1 cup
Chopped cherry tomatoes 1 cup
Chopped capsicum 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Bread slices 3

Grated cheese as
required
For garnish
Parsley
Pesto sauce
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic,
chilli flakes, crushed black peppercorn and stir well.

Then add finely chopped onion and stir well.

Add chopped tomato, chopped green tomato,
chopped cherry tomato and chopped capsicum and mix well.

Then cut a bread slice in pieces.

Place them on baking tray and put the tomato
mixture on bread pieces.

Then add grated cheese on them.
Now heat it in oven for 2 – 3 minutes.
Take out from oven and serve on plate and
garnish with parsley and pesto sauce.
