garlic and pparsley bread |
The tasty bread made
with big loaf, baked it with smeared garlic butter parsley mixture. It is an
excellent accompaniment with any soup.
Ingredients
French loaf (baguette) 1
Butter 200
gms
Garlic finely chopped 20 cloves
Fresh parsley finely chopped 2 tbsp
Method
First slice the baguette diagonally without
cutting through.

Take a mixing bowl, add butter, garlic,
parsley and mix well.

Now apply this mixture between the slices.

Then wrap the loaf in aluminium foil bake it
in 180 degree celcius preheat oven for 15 minutes.

Serve with laksa or any soup.
