Ingredients
Watermelon pieces 1 ½ cup
Tomato juice 1
½ cup
Chopped bell peppers 1 cup
Cucumber pieces 1 cup
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice ½

For garnish
Chopped watermelon 1 tsp
Chopped mint leaves 1 tsp

Method
Take a blender, add watermelon pieces, tomato
juice, bell pepper pieces, cucumber pieces, soaked bread, cumin powder, lemon
juice, salt and blend it well.

Then stain the mixture and remove in a bowl.

Pour the soup in serving bowl, garnish the
soup with olive oil, chopped plum and chopped mint leaves.

Cut one watermelon piece and apply salt and
