Tofu

red chilli 3

Garlic
chopped 1 tsp
Ginger
chopped 1 tbsp

bell pepper diced 1 no
Green
bell pepper diced 1 no
Yellow
bell pepper diced 1 no
Soya
sauce 3 tsp
Black
peppercorn powder to taste
Roasted
peanut 2 tbsp
Salt to
taste
Method
Heat oil on a pan, add chopped dry red
chilli, garlic, ginger, tofu and mix them lightly.

Now add chopped red bell pepper, green bell
pepper and yellow bell pepper and sauté.

Then add soya sauce, blakh peppercorn powder,
roasted peanut and salt and toss well.

Remove to serving plate and garnish with
spring onion and carrot flower.
