Tandoori chutney pomflate

It is delicious pomfret tandoori with green chutney and ½ tsp of oil.

Ingredients
Pomfret                                    1 piece
Green chilli                                2-3
Garlic                                        5-6
Ginger                                      1 inch
Pudina (mint) leaves                  2 tbsp
Oil                                            ½ tsp  
For garnish
onion ring
Tomato ring
lemon slice
  
Method
First to marinate the fish make dip slits (up-to middle bone) on both sides of fish with help of a sharp knife.

Then put the fist on a plate and apply some salt and lemon juice and leave it for 5 minutes.
In the mean time take a mixer and put coriander leaves, chilli, ginger, garlic and little bit of water and make a smooth paste.
Now apply this chutney with oil on fish nicely and keep it for 15-20 minutes.

Now put this marinated fish in oven for 15 minutes, till it gets brown. After 7-8 minutes turn over the fish.
