Lazeez tangadi kebab

lazeez tangadi kebab
Delicious chicken drumstick cooked in tandoor.

Ingredients
Chicken drumsticks                    3 pieces
Ginger-garlic paste                     20 gm
Hung curd                                 50 gm
Deggi mirch                               20 gm
Salt                                           to taste
Garam masala                           20 gm
Butter                                       30 gm
Mustard oil                                50 ml
Green cardamom powder           10 gm
Clove powder                             05 gm
Mace powder                            10 gm
Peppercorn powder                    05 gm
Cinnamon powder                      05 gm
Nutmeg powder                         05 gm
Lemon                                      2

Method
First marinate chicken drumstick with salt, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for 45 minutes.

Now for second marinating add all the remaining ingredients with hung curd, add it to drumstick and keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Take a skewer and poke the drumsticks into it, then put the skewers into tandoor for 5-6 minutes, temperature of the tandoor should be 200 degree centigrade.

For basting
Take out the skewer and brush oil or butter and keep for 5 minutes, then again put inside tandoor and cook for 4 minutes. By this process the cooked chicken will juicy.

Pull out chicken from skewer.

The lazeez chicken tangadi is ready to serve with lemon and chutney.
