lauki ka halwa / boote gourd sweet |
It
is sweet dish cooked with bottle gourd, milk and mawa.
Ingredients
Bottle
gourd (Lauki) grated 500 gm
Milk 1
½ liters
Mawa 100
gm
Sugar to
taste
Green
cardamom crashed 2
Ghee 2
tbsp
Dry
fruits 2
tbsp
(pistachio,
almond, cashew nut)
Method
Now
add grated bottle gourd into milk and keep stirring on low flame until milk
dries up and lauki is dissolved.

add crushed cardamom, sugar and stir.
Add
ghee and keep stirring.

Now
add mawa or khoya to it and keep stirring till the halwa dries up completely.

Garnish
with dry fruit and serve hot.
