Bhel puri

It is a popular sweet and sour evening snack of puffed rice.

Ingredients
Puffed rice                                ½ bowl
Pomegranate seed (anar dana)   2 tsp
Peanut salted                            2 tsp
Onion chopped                         1 medium
Raw mango chopped                1 tsp
Coriander leaves                       1 tsp
Green chutney                           2 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Tamarind chutney                      2 tsp
Red chilli powder                       1 tsp

Method
Take a bowl add puffed rice, anar dana, peanut, chopped onion, raw mango chopped, chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves chopped and mix well.
add all dry ingredients to puffed rice
Add chutney and mix well.

add chutney
Garnish in plate and serve.
