is popular snacks in Mumbai with potato and other spices.
Ingredients
Potatoes
boiled 4 medium
Oil 4
tbsp
Mustard
seed 1 tsp
Curry
leaves 10-12
Chopped
ginger 1 spoon
Chopped
green chillies 3
Turmeric
powder ½ spoon
Coriander
leaves 1 tbsp
Salt
to
taste
Gram
flour 1 cup
Baking
powder ¼ tsp
Red
chilli powder ½ tsp
Method
Heat
oil in pan, add mustard seed, curry leaves sauté till crackle.
Add
chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and mix.

Now
add mashed potato in it, add salt, coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat
oil in wok.
Take
a bowl, put gram flour, chilli powder, baking powder, hot oil and salt and
required water and mix well and make a thick batter.
Then
make balls of potato mixture and dip them in batter, coat well.

Dip
fry in hot oil till brown, remove and serve hot.
