Ingredients
Boiled
rice ¼ cup
Salt to
taste
Chopped
onion 2 tsp

ginger 1 tsp

coriander leaves 2tsp

green chilli 1tsp
Mint
chutney 1 tsp
Corn
starch 1 tbsp
Oil
to pan sear 2
tbsp
For
stuffing
Puffed
rice ½ cup
Chopped
coriander leaves 1 tsp
Chopped
green chilli 1 tsp
Chopped
ginger 1 tsp
Red
chilli powder 1 tsp
For
garnish
Tamarind
chutney as required
Chopped
cherry tomato as required
Coriander
leaves as required
Method
To
prepare the mixture
Take
a bowl, add boiled rice, chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped coriander
leaves, salt, chopped green chilli, mint chutney and corn starch (for binding)
and mash properly.
For
stuffing
Take
a bowl, add puffed rice, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilli,
chopped ginger and red chilli powder then mix.
Take
a small portion of the mixture and flatter on palm then add the filling at the
middle and seal it. Make all like this.
Now
heat oil in pan sear the tikki from both sides until brown.

Put
tamarind chutney in serving plate, place the tikki on chutney. Garnish with
coriander leaves and cherry tomato.
