Soy bean salad

soy bean salad
Itself is a meal with full of protean and fiber.

Ingredients
For salad
Overnight soaked and
boiled soybean                         ½ cup
Mung dal (green) soaked           ½ cup
Grated carrot                             ½ cup
Red bell pepper chopped           ½ cup
Dill leaves chopped                   1 tsp
Grated paneer                           ¼ cup
For dressing
Chopped coriander                   ¼ cup
Chopped spring onion               ¼ cup
Oil                                           1 tbsp
Chopped garlic                         1 tsp
Black salt                                1 tsp
Black pepper powder                 to taste
White vinegar                           1 tsp
Curd                                        ½ cup
Salt                                         to taste
For plating
Thin long slices of cucumber     1 no
Salt                                         to taste
Crushed black pepper               to taste
Soaked basil seeds                  ¼ cup
Degi mirch                               ½ tsp
For garnish
Garlic green stalk                     few
Cherry tomatoes                       2-3 nos.

Method
For salad
Take a bowl add boiled soyabean, soaked mung dal, grated carrot, chopped red bell pepper, chopped dill leaves and grated paneer then mix well and keep aside.

For dressing
Take a blender put chopped coriander, chopped onion, chopped garlic, black salt, black pepper powder, white vinegar, oil and curd then blend well.

Now add the dressing into salad and mix well by spoon.

For plating
Keep cucumber slices on the plate and apply salt and black pepper and keep for a while. By this process cucumber slices will be enough soft to fold.

Now take a mold, make roll of the cucumber slices and put inside mold.
Stuff the prepared salad in the cucumber roll.

Take out the cucumber roll with salad on serving plate.

For garnish
In a small bowl add lemon juice and degi mirch to the soaked basil seeds.
Now put this mixture on the salad.
