Sabudana vada

sabudana bada
Is a pure vegetarian snacks cooked with pearl sago.

Ingredients
Sabudana soaked                     ½  bowl
Grated potato (boiled)                3 tbsp
Green chillies chopped               2-3
Cumin seeds                             1 tbsp
Peanut powder roasted               2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped           2 tbsp
Sugar                                       1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste

Method
Drain sabudana and add jeera, peanut powder, chopped green chillies.
add peanut powder in sabudana
Then add coriander chopped, grated potato, sugar and salt then mash it properly.
add potato 
Heat oil on kadai.
Now make vadas of the mixture and put in hot oil.
put vada in hot oil
Deep fry them until golden brown on low flame.
fry sabudana vada until golden brown
