Ara pradavan

ara pradavan
It is a sweet dish from Kerala, made from broken rice.

Ingredients
Rice flakes
Coconut milk
Ghee
Sugar
Raisin
Jaggery
Cashew nut
Coconut chopped
Cardamom powder

Method
First heat-up ghee in a pan.
Add rice flakes and stir for a minute.

Now add some water and coconut milk in it and stir.

When the rice become soft enough add required jaggery and sugar and mix well.

Now add cardamom powder and let it cook in low flame.
In the mean time heat up ghee and roast chopped coconut and cashew nut then add raisins and stir till brown,
roast coconut, cashew and raisin 
then add it into kheer and mix well.

When the kheer become thick enough serve it hot or cold.
