fukopi beet bhaji |
Mix vegetable with cauliflower, carrot, beet root and
green peas. This dish is Very tasty and healthy but easy to cook.
Ingredients
Cauliflower 1
medium
Beetroot 1
medium
Carrot 2 medium
Green peas 2
tablespoon
Panch foron 1
teaspoon
Green chilli 3-4
Turmeric powder 1
teaspoon
Salt to
taste
Mustard oil 2
tablespoon
Method
First wash all vegetables. Finely chop carrot and
beetroot and keep aside. Cut cauliflower into small florets and keep aside.
Heat up oil in pan. Then add panch foron. Now add chopped
beetroot, chopped carrot and stir for a minute. Then add cauliflower mix well
and cover for a minute in low heat.
Open cover, add turmeric powder and salt, stir and cover
for 2minutes. Now chop chilli. Open cover and add peas and chopped chilli.
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, stir from time to time.
The tasty bhaji is ready to serve with roti, paratha or
rice.
